Our History
The Assam Cricket Association (ACA) is the governing body for cricket in the state of Assam, India. As an affiliated member of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), ACA has been at the forefront of developing and promoting cricket in the Northeast region.
Over the decades, ACA has worked tirelessly to identify and nurture cricketing talent, build world-class infrastructure, and bring international cricket to the region. The construction of the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati marked a significant milestone, establishing Assam as a premier destination for domestic and international cricket.

To develop cricket at all levels across Assam, from grassroots to professional, creating pathways for talented players to represent the state and nation.

Governance & Administration
ACA operates under a democratic governance structure with elected officials and appointed administrators. The Apex Council, comprising elected representatives, oversees all major decisions and policies.
We are committed to transparency, accountability, and good governance in all our operations. Our constitution, annual reports, and financial statements are publicly available to ensure stakeholder trust and confidence.
